What we collect
When you complete the quote form or speak to the chat assistant, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, optional email address, suburb, property type, the roof problem you describe, your preferred contact method, and any photos you upload. We also record the page you arrived on, the referring page and campaign parameters in the URL.
Why we collect it
Solely to prepare and discuss a roofing quote for your property, and to contact you through the channel you selected.
Photos
Uploaded photos are stored in a private bucket. They are not published, indexed or shared publicly, and they are viewed only by the team preparing your quote.
Where the data goes
Quote requests submitted here are handled by the same roofing operation that runs our national site, so your enquiry is stored in one shared system rather than in several places. We do not sell your data or pass it to advertisers.
Analytics
If analytics or advertising tags are active on this site, they record anonymous usage events such as a quote form being started or completed. They do not receive your name, phone number, email address or photos.
Retention and removal
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to quote, complete and warrant work, and to meet accounting obligations. You may ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.
